ORZEL stands behind our eBikes and acessories and includes a LIFETIME frame warranty, and 1 year warranty on all components. We do not currently offer an extended warranty program.
We arrange for you to take your ORZEL into a local repair shop. We ship parts to the repair shop and the quickly get your ORZEL back in working order. ORZEL covers all associated costs of parts, labor, and shipping for claims under warranty.
Not unless exposed to extreme conditons and not properly maintaining the eBike. ORZEL utilizes stainless hardware and aluminum tubular framing to build the most robust eBikes on the planet.
Our electric bikes are equipped with premium suspension components and feature adjustable settings on the front suspension forks and rear shocks on full-suspension models.
Simply plug the 110v or similar charger into the bike, or remove the battery and charge separately at home or at the campsite. Once the red light on the charger turns to green, you are at a 100% charge.
